Jana worked in my building and personal workspace, where she handled a large-scale organizational project that significantly improved both functionality and efficiency. She cleaned, organized, and systematized three full floors, including financial and personal documents, receipts, memorabilia, and extensive spiritual and archival materials, creating clear, well-labeled binders and digitizing hundreds of photographs and numerous important documents into structured digital files.
Beyond archival work, Jana managed day-to-day organization and scheduling, maintaining physical and digital calendars, helping keep timelines on track, preparing meeting spaces, and contributing calligraphy and daily quotes on whiteboards. She also assisted with planning and organizing the first floor, supported remodeling, and helped source items and rearrange spaces with a strong sense of flow and practicality.
